Color variations caused by screen settings, photography lighting, or personal expectations shall not be considered manufacturing defects. Minor variations in finish, texture, stone placement, or handcrafted details are normal characteristics of artificial jewelry and are not grounds for return.
4. EXCHANGE POLICY
ROSIQA offers exchanges for eligible products under the following circumstances:
- Damaged product received.
- Defective product received.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Approved quality-related issues.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Subject to inventory availability, customers may receive a replacement of the same product, or a price equivalent alternative product approved by the customer. If the requested replacement product is unavailable, ROSIQA may offer store credit, refund, or an alternative resolution at its sole discretion. ROSIQA reserves the right to determine the most appropriate exchange solution after reviewing the claim.

Inspection generally takes 3–7 business days after receipt of the returned item. Approval of a return, refund, or exchange is subject to successful inspection. ROSIQA reserves the right to reject claims where evidence suggests misuse, negligence, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
7. REFUND POLICY
Refunds may be approved in the following circumstances:
- Returned item passes inspection.
- Replacement product is unavailable.
- Order is cancelled before shipment.
- Product is deemed undeliverable due to seller-related reasons.

8. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If the return or exchange is approved due to a damaged product, defective product, or incorrect product delivered, ROSIQA may arrange return shipping or reimburse reasonable return shipping expenses, subject to prior approval.
For returns requested for reasons not attributable to ROSIQA, customers may be responsible for applicable shipping costs. Original shipping charges, handling fees, customs duties, and taxes may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.
9. REFUSAL OF RETURNS
